You're overwhelmed, stressed, or completely stuck. Something needs to change — you know it. But the more you think about it, the less clear it gets.

I know what it feels like when you're doing everything right — and still can't find your way through.
Sometimes thinking harder just isn't enough. When there's a decision you're stuck on, a transition with no clear path forward, or people dynamics getting complicated — what you need isn't more analysis. It's a different way of seeing it.
I'm Liliya Robbins — an ICF-certified coach and NeuroGraphica® instructor. I've spent over 15 years helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change, growth, and complexity.
I bring structure, care, and a genuine belief that how we work and live should feel meaningful — not just productive.
Let's TalkNeuroGraphica® makes that possible. It's an innovative method developed by psychologist and architect Pavel Piskarev. Through structured abstract drawing — lines, shapes, and color — you externalize what lives in your head and engage analytical thinking, emotional awareness, and sensory perception at once — unlocking creative, non-linear solutions that analysis alone can't reach.
People often leave feeling more grounded, with a clearer head and a sense of direction they couldn't access before.
No artistic skill required. Just a willingness to approach a familiar problem from an unfamiliar direction.

You're overwhelmed, stressed, or completely stuck. Something needs to change — you know it. But the more you think about it, the less clear it gets.
Leading yourself, your family, or your team through a period of real uncertainty. The ground is shifting, people around you may be panicking — and you need to find your own calm and clarity first before you can help anyone else find theirs.
You've moved countries, navigated different cultures and languages, or simply spent your life belonging to more than one world. You've adapted well. But somewhere along the way, you lost a sense of yourself.
A new role, a new responsibility, a new version of yourself that you haven't quite grown into yet. The skills that got you here don't automatically transfer — and nobody warned you about that part.
A new chapter, a team, a business, a system — you can't quite see where you're going yet, but you know you need to move.
I discovered my gift in creating clarity — seeing things from multiple perspectives, staying calm amidst big changes, and helping people remember who they are at their best. That's what I bring to our work together.
People come in with real challenges — a decision to make, a bold vision to create and turn into action, a change to navigate, or a connection to strengthen. They leave with a clearer picture of what's actually happening, a better sense of what matters most, and a way forward that's genuinely their own — not a framework someone handed them, but something they found themselves.
What surprises people most is what else shows up. They reconnect to what actually matters beyond the immediate challenge. They rediscover a sense of joy they'd forgotten was even missing, and often, a quiet realization: they were fine all along. The fog made it hard to see that. The result: clearer thinking, better decisions, and the confidence to move forward.
The sun is always there. Sometimes you just need help clearing the fog.
I was born in Ukraine, grew up in Belarus during the turbulent post-Soviet years, lived in Germany, and have spent the last 20 years building a life in the US. Through every move, every new role, every new chapter of life — I had to find my roots again. I learned that clarity comes when I find the right way to clear the fog. And when the fog clears — I see the sun. It has always been there.
I have spent over 15 years in cross-cultural training, education consulting and leadership development — work I genuinely love. Along the way I have worked with global teams across cultures and industries, supported new leaders stepping into their first management roles, and helped organizations through restructuring and change.
I speak English and Russian, with some Belarusian, Ukrainian, Polish and German — which comes in handy more often than you would think.
Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my husband and our two teenage children, drawing, exploring contemporary art galleries, practicing yoga or dancing Zumba with more enthusiasm than skill.

Liliya has a gift, and I'm so thankful that she was willing to share it with our team. Having experienced her powerful facilitation of NeuroGraphica virtually, I knew that an in-person session would be even more impactful. Liliya worked with me directly to create a custom, targeted experience for our team. As a result, everyone was blown away by the individual and group insights gained from our time together. If you are seeking a transformative, out-of-the-box experience for you or your team, I highly recommend working with Liliya.Matt P.
Liliya's expertise in the NeuroGraphica method helped our team approach a shared challenge in a fundamentally different way. Through her guidance, we moved beyond linear problem-solving and incorporated emotional awareness and reflection, which surfaced new perspectives and clearer paths forward. What stood out most was Liliya's ability to balance structure with personal exploration — she created space for each individual to engage in a way that felt meaningful while still moving the group forward.Wendy F.
For a team that is typically energetic and talkative, we were completely still and silent — something that rarely happens. That alone speaks volumes about Liliya's expertise and how engaging and grounding the session was. Liliya helped me reconnect with intention, creativity, and clarity in a way that felt both structured and freeing. I would highly recommend this experience to any team looking to foster mindfulness, focus, and deeper reflection.Jill P.
